Synchronize ARC

Tailwind CSS chat bubble component

All the changes I made with the eLab2ARC tool are only visible in the DataHUB. How can I synchronize them with my local ARC?

ARCitect

  1. From the sidebar, navigate to the published_with_changes DataHUB Sync menu.
  2. Click Pull to download your ARC from the DataHUB.

ARCitect

  1. Click through the new studys and assays in the sidebar.
  2. Inspect the new files and check the isa.study and isa.assay sheets to see the added metadata.
  3. Check the isa.assay file also to see the LLM extracted metadata.
